- Options available on the V-Series line enhance and improve the bio-availability testing process, automating several steps in the process, making testing more convenient and easier to use without sacrificing the measurement of critical results.
- Dissolution tests using the VK 7020 determine the rate at which active ingredients in a dosage form become bio-available, a key test in quality control and stability laboratories to monitor consistency in the manufacturing process.
- Radical new shape allows full visibility, which improves test scope and validity, without compromising valuable and expensive bench space. The user can note any unusual occurrences, including dissolved gasses covering the surface and dosage form floatation
- Patent pending TruCenter(™) vessel alignment system eliminates the procedure of adjusting and checking the centering of a vessel, which is critical in capturing accurate test results
- can be easily programmed to meet the sampling time requirements as the user automates various methods.
- Independent motorized control of each sampling cannula allows either individual sampling probes to be lowered when sampling sequentially or all of the probes during simultaneous sample withdrawal
- AutoTemp measures and records the temperature in each vessel at programmed times, assuring that the temperature doesn't fluctuate during the test period
- Electric Clutch allows each spindle to start rotating at a programmed time, enabling automated runs to begin according to USP requirements of dropping the tablet into non-stirred media
- Dosage Dropping Capability automatically drops a tablet into a vessel, either simultaneously or sequentially, allowing far more accuracy than an individual dropping a tablet manually
